MONTGOMERY, Ala.–If you normally get SNAP benefits, you should be aware that with those benefits likely not being distributed in November that the City of Montgomery has helped organize some relief.
A news release from the city outlines some organizations and churches that have agreed to help out:

Offers free food and household items through its community resource center.

- Many local houses of worship also offer aid.
“We want to make sure residents know where to turn for help,” said Mayor Steven L. Reed. “Our goal is to get this information into the hands of those who need it most.”
