Keshia Bates was recently named as Praise 96.5 WMGY's newest radio host and Community Relations Coordinator. In this new role, Bates will host a nightly show from 6 pm-Midnight Monday-Friday, also time on the weekends, as well as, promoting events, live events, and other community events.

Keshia is a native of Montgomery, a graduate of Lee High School, and a member of Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church. She enjoys writing, traveling, motivating others, and artistic expression.

Bates is the wife of Robert Bates Jr, and mother to her three dolls; L'Debra (23), Kimaryia (16), and Robyne (12).
