MPD Charges Suspect in June 10th Homicide
MONTGOMERY — The Montgomery Police Department has charged Damario
Capleton, 19, of Montgomery with Capital Murder.
Capleton was identified as a suspect in the shooting death of Jacoby Carter, 21, of
Montgomery. He was taken into custody on June 19, 2022 and then placed in the
Montgomery County Detention Facility.
No additional information is available for release in connection to this continuing
investigation.
